Palawan Planning ( Where to stay?!)

Here is a list of pension house and hotels I've inquired at with their corresponding rates. These rates are updated Last June and i think are good until December of this year. I made this check list during the time I was still deciding where to stay.
For our Palawan trip, I booked our reservation at Duchess pension. They asked me to deposit 20% downpayment on their account to secure our reservation. Sherwin, my contact in duchess pension is very accommodating. I just hope that the place is really clean and comfy for stay.
